When you request a SZINN Alignment Blueprint and complete the intake form, we process your name, your email address, your date of birth, your time of birth, your place and country of birth, and the answers you provide in the intake form.
When you make a payment, our payment provider also processes your payment details. We do not receive full card or account numbers. We also record whether and when you agreed to the Terms and Conditions and this privacy statement.
We use your data solely to create and deliver your personal SZINN Alignment Blueprint, to communicate with you about your order, and to meet legal obligations such as our administrative and retention duties.
The legal basis for this is the performance of the agreement you enter into with us and the consent you give when completing the intake form. Your birth data and intake answers serve as input for the calculations and the text of your Blueprint.
Your Blueprint is compiled with the help of artificial intelligence. Your birth data and intake answers are processed by an AI service to generate the text of your personal document. AI is used solely as a supporting tool; you remain responsible for interpreting and applying the insights.
The Blueprint is intended for self-insight and reflection and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. To create and deliver the Blueprint, we do rely on a number of technical service providers (processors) who process data on our behalf:
Where required, we have entered into data processing agreements with these parties.
Some of these service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a valid adequacy decision.
We retain your data for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or unless we are legally required to keep data longer, for example for tax administration.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorized persons.
The SZINN website uses only functional and necessary techniques required to make the site and forms work. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies.
For fonts, the site uses Google Fonts, in which case your IP address may be processed by Google to load the font. If we use analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this statement.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw your consent, to object to certain processing, and to have your data transferred. Send your request to info@szinn.ai; we will respond within the legal timeframe.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
